Discovery Table - Bats

Stop by the Discovery Table in the lobby of the Visitor Center anytime between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. and learn about the amazing world of bats from MTRP Trail Guides. Learn how bats fly with their hands and find food with sound.

Discovery tables are set up on the second Saturday of every month and some holidays at the Visitor Center and on selected Saturdays during the summer at Kumeyaay Lake Campground. Tables feature hands-on activities and take-home materials for kids and adults. Topics vary month-to-month.
