Guided Bird Walk - Kumeyaay Lake

Join MTRP bird walk leaders for a guided bird walk along the shore of Kumeyaay Lake. Recently fledged young will be dispersing, and late migratory nesters will be tending to their hatchlings. Water attracts a variety of birds at this time of year. Meet in the Kumeyaay Lake Campground day use parking lot. Bring binoculars if you have them. Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes, and bring along water. A hat and sunscreen are also recommended. Walks are canceled if raining. Upcoming Bird Walks: `
