Star Party at Oakoasis

Visit real astronomers from the San Diego Astronomy Association and look through their big, beautiful telescopes at Mother Nature's night light display.

The evening starts off with a short, ranger-led, twilight hike down our HAUNTED TRAIL at 6 p.m., just for October!

It may be too cold to see bats and scorpions, but it should be a great night for stargazing! The evening continues with stars and refreshments.

Come early to get a good parking spot and face your lights away from the telescopes so when you leave you won't blind them. Dress warmly and bring a flashlight.
